This is a new customer. I have previously mowed her lawn and also cleaned and smoothed out her drive way (no pics of this), but this time they needed a gutter clean. Parts of their gutter wasn't too bad, but other parts were pretty bad!

Get in touch if you need your gutters cleaned

I will be back to cut this Conifer and get rid of it. This is completely dead. It's a shame as they are lovely when green and fresh. I will be back and it will be gone!

This is a regular customer's garden. I am trying to get it in order after they had their last gardener rip them off and not deal with anything in the garden. Now I am bringing it back to life and making it look fresh again. It takes time but massive improvements have been made

Get in touch if you have garden clearances..I am fully insured and licenced as well to get rid of green waste

This customer wanted their front door painted. They chose a very nice deep dark grey for the exterior and I was very impressed with the paint. It went on lovely

Not got a fully finished pic of the door due to the customer wanting to do a couple more bits to it before I took off the masking tape but the results looked decent. The inside was painted white which really freshed up the look

Take a look

This was suppose to be a fairly straight forward job.

Cabinets were taken down
Customer realised mounts were battered
Customer asked me to put back on

What I didn't quite let sink in was the fact of how bad the fitters had mulled the wall.

Holes were massive, at angles and if I placed the mints too far up then you would see the wall and not the tiles!!

Anyway 3 different measurements

1. Too low (would of looks bad)
2. Too high (would of seen the wall but would of been away from the massive holes in the wall)
3. Just right (new holes, new plugs, new screws)

I'll be honest I underestimated just how many measurements I would of had to take to get it ok! The last guys just made a hash of the holes

Didn't place the doors and shelves back on as the customer was doing bits to it

This is a regular customers home. This was almost the finishing touches to her home now. This project is almost complete

She needed a room worth of skirting cut and fitting

This room didn't have any old skirting fitted so all I had to do was fit new

Also fitted 2 roller blinds inside the customers bedroom

I got to fuss and play with her dog, such a playful character! 🤣 And was quality assurance!

This is a regular garden customer

I am slowly going through it because her last gardener didn't do anything with it but still charged his hourly rate

I am not like that.

I have been going after big uncontrollable bushes and climbers and on Monday was the first time everything has come together nicely

The customer rang me later in the evening and told me how wonderful it looks. It was lovely to hear. It's difficult because the last 2/3 times I've gone after things that have just taken ages to rip and dig out. But now I have managed to clean it up, it looks massively better

If you need any help please get in touch

RG Pring Property & Garden Maintenance last week.

I had 4 green waste tonne bags to get rid of. When I popped down to the tip I popped into the office to pay so I could get rid of the waste.

As I popped in I saw this dog sitting in there. Well anyone who knows me loves dogs and I had to make a fuss, obviously 30 mins later I hadn't paid to get rid of my scrap I was still playing fetch and making a fuss of this pup! 🤣

Owning your own business is tough. There is so much more than just turning up and doing the job then going home, although you may only be at the job for 6hrs, what you don't see is the hours of work that went in before doing the job, quoting, researching prices, considering how long it will take, fearing of the weather, will it be ok or not etc etc. But those 30mins of not worrying, not having to think, not having a timescale to work to was utter bliss

I think I have made a forever friend in this pup!! 🤣

Only a small job. Putting up 2 floating shelves. The customer told me where they wanted if and I placed them up for them.

Results were good though.
