Everyone at Pendleton Together was saddened to hear of Dolly Parton's passing yesterday.

Dolly's music reached millions, but so did her amazing work on Children's literacy. Dolly Parton's Imagination Library meant hundreds of Pendleton children have benefitted from a free book every month.

Community Initiatives Officer Lynne Harrison has been reflecting on what Dolly's work has meant to families across Salford and the lasting impact her generosity will continue to have for generations to come.📚 Read more: https://ow.ly/Bscs50ZFFUq
