Great progress at our project in with AJ Building Services and Thirteen Structures. Steelwork has opened up the back of this property with open plan living and connections to the garden. Looking forward to seeing the zinc roof and overhanging canopy offering passive shading.

New designs for this house extension and renovation project in . A rear vaulted extension brings volume and light into an open plan living space. Exposed timbers and steelwork provide character and honesty of construction. A new dormer enables an additional en-suite bedroom within the existing loft.

New chapters! We said farewell to Oscar and Faith last night with a lovely meal at independent & ethical since 2002 in . Oscar has been with us for a year placement and is heading back to University for his masters course. Faith is heading for new adventures contractor side after seeing some key SKA projects delivered. We wish them all the best and are very grateful for all their hard work during their time with us. It has been a real pleasure.

Exciting progress at the Rose and Crown pub with the roof on the new barn building. Exposed oak rafters bring character and a nod to the past with this contemporary design. Getting very close to completion at our new build house project on the historic Fishpool Street. Snagging the externals today as the final push towards finishing happens. Great to see how crisp the house is looking in the sun. Three.Six.Design RLP Surveyors

New designs for a whole house refurbishment of this old stables building in St Albans. The layout has been adjusted to make it more efficient and provide more generous bedrooms. New internal features are proposed with contemporary stairs and built-in joinery, making this a modern characterful home.

Photos of our completed chapel conversion project in Abbots Langley. The existing building has been transformed from a previous industrial use into 6 flats. The designs expose and celebrate the original church architecture, creating generous vaulted spaces filled with character and light.

Exciting progress being made at the Rose and Crown pub project, with steelwork in place for the new barn and awaiting the timber trusses. The old dining room has been vaulted to reveal the original timbers and the old staircase has also been revealed ready to be fully reinstated. Promain Construction

Lovely evening at Sopwell House with St Albans District Chamber Of Commerce celebrating 40 years of Sopwell House ownership and management. What a party! Great to catch up with Sean Hughes and meet Daisy Cooper 🔶 as well as our friends at OVO at The Roman Theatre and current client at Sopwell House.

On site with Build 4 Space limited this morning with this significant house extension and refurbishment project in . Great to see the progress and the main shell in place. Lovely walk back to the office through Verulamium park!
