"Recently moved into my new home with my family. After having issues with the electric tripping multiple times, a damaged wire to the bedroom light, wall sockets replacing and mould in the bathroom due to no extractor fan, we needed an electrician to fix the problems.
I contacted Tide after receiving a leaflet through the door. Like most people you want a professional who is honest, and cost effective and Tide ticked all the boxes. Initial communication with (Jo) who is friendly patient and clear communication skills when booking an appointment. (Joe) did the quote visit, he was friendly, polite, provided various ideas to suit our needs and recommended energy saving advice to reduce those costly bills. (Alex) did the installation of wall sockets, the extractor fan, repaired the damaged light cable and found the source of the electric tripping. He raised any concerns found and also recommended future improvements/safety advice.
Overall from initial contact to the work carried out I am pleased with my customer service. As a whole, Tide was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and respectful. Work completed by Joe and Alex was to a high standard and areas worked were left tidy. Thank you all at Tide and I will definitely be using your services again in the near future."
