Project Showcase - SW15 Putney | Premium Apartment Development!

We’re pleased to showcase another successful project completed for a repeat developer client in the heart of Putney.

This townhouse conversion has been transformed into four premium one and two-bedroom apartments arranged across five floors, with our team delivering the full electrical installation throughout the development.

Our electrical works included:
- Complete rewires to all four apartments
- Full kitchen and bathroom electrical installations
- New sockets and lighting throughout
- Smoke detection systems
- Complete rewire of the communal areas
- Communal lighting
- Intercom system
- Fire alarm system
- AOV window installation
- Intake cupboard installation and electrical works

The finished apartments feature a carefully considered electrical installation, with modern lighting, power and services designed to complement the high-quality finish throughout the development.

We also carried out the electrical works to the communal areas, ensuring the building was fully equipped with the necessary lighting, fire safety and access systems.

It’s always fantastic to work with repeat clients, and this project is another great example of the strong working relationships we aim to build with developers and contractors.

Project Progress Update – Major Residential Transformation in Wimbledon!

We’re making great progress on this major residential transformation in Wimbledon, where an existing four-bedroom property is being transformed into an impressive six-bedroom family home.

The loft extension is now complete, creating two new bedrooms, a play den, two mezzanine floors, a large family bathroom and a dedicated plant room. It’s fantastic to see this area of the project now taking shape and the additional space coming to life.

First-fix electrical works on the first floor are now nearing completion, with our team working through the extensive electrical installation across the newly remodelled spaces.

The first floor will feature three generously sized bedrooms alongside an impressive master suite, complete with a private dressing room and luxury his-and-hers bathroom.

There’s still plenty more to come as we progress through the property, including the full ground-floor remodel and rear extension, which will introduce:

- Open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with island
- Study
- Reception room
- Snug
- W/C
- Extensive storage
- Additional plant room

Our electrical scope covers the full installation throughout the property, ensuring the finished home is equipped for modern family living, with carefully planned power, lighting and electrical infrastructure throughout.

With an anticipated 18-month programme, this is a substantial project, and we’re looking forward to continuing to share its progress as each stage comes together.

We’ve been busy!

We’re pleased to announce our latest project — supporting the development of four new-build, three-storey, three-bedroom homes in South Ruislip.

Working alongside the development team, Mullins Electrical Services will be completing the full electrical installation throughout all four properties.

These thoughtfully designed homes feature spacious bedrooms, open-plan living areas, modern kitchens and private garden spaces. Three of the properties also include dedicated home offices, while all four benefit from a master bedroom with ensuite facilities.

The development also includes loft conversions, CCTV cameras, external lighting and an EV charger for each property, helping to enhance security, convenience and modern living.

We’re currently at the first fix stage, with second fix scheduled towards the end of the year. We’re excited to see the development progress and look forward to bringing our expertise to another residential project in the local area.
