Week 1 - 2 on our loft conversion in romford,

This loft had a large chimney in the centre of the loft that we had to remove to 1st floor level to maximise the loft space and to make way for the new stairs to be fitted.

We managed to get 1 master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite

We maximised natural light by putting a 1200x600 glass panel above the stairs and a full floor to ceiling glass panel on the face to let natural light flow through the stairs.

We welcome Our lovely loft conversion we just finished in hockley,

We took full control from architect drawings to full completion and build. The client really had an eye for his design which helped us bring this loft to life.

1 Master bedroom with an open free standing bath in to a luxury en-suite with a spacious walk in wardrobe with a large floor to ceiling glass panel to let a lot of natural light through the landing area.

The outside we decide to use Black cladding to match the black aluminium windows and doors with matching fascia and soffits

Week 1-2 on our loft conversion in loughton.

This loft conversion was an old existing loft we completely demolished it and started again.

This loft will consist of 1 huge master bedroom for our clients 2 daughters with a luxury en-suite for them, We advised to have some natural light so we decided to frame out a floor to ceiling glass panel with a huge glass panel in the ceiling.

Keep your eyes on the next 2 weeks this one is going to be special.

We have done everything from Architect drawings and structural calculations to full build.

From before to after.

Our client approached us and explained how he’s never done something this big before and was nervous with who they decided to go with , Lucky enough they met us ( Atkins ) And as a company we made sure they was confident in us to help design and build his entire home from loft conversion to a full house renovation and single story rear and side extension.

During the build his mrs fell pregnant and was very nervous as to when and if we would meet the deadline and of corse we did !!

Each and every one of our team pushed forward to make sure everything was finished to a high standard and the deadline was met.

We are happy to show you a few pictures of the finished product a lot more to show, we are still awaiting mitch splash backs and last touches.

We want to thank our clients for taking the time to do their research as a company on us and trusted us fully to provide a service that turned their dream home to life.

From design to build.

Over the last couple of weeks we turned this garage with a timber built garden room “ Man Cave “ to life.

This 4m x 2.5m garden room was a brilliant project from start to finish.

The finish using the new comp cladding in a matte black to match the ali doors looks unreal!

Thanks to everyone who put the extra hours in to make this happen fast for our client.
