Keep your eyes peeled on this amazing loft we are currently doing, This loft is a mid terrace and we have maxed it out in every way possible to gain the most space possible.

This loft will consist of a large master bedroom with a walk out balcony area and a stunning glass en-suite area.

We have upgraded the front velux windows to 980 x 1180 in the bedroom area and in the landing with a structural light tunnel, along with a 800 x 800 glass panel in the ceiling. The en-suite has 1800 x 800 glass panel in the ceiling above the wet room with a 800 x 2100 glass panel in the dormer area.

This loft will have so much natural light throughout. Over the next few weeks watch how this loft evolves.

Week 6 Painting starts we can’t wait to show you the finished product,

Dormer using Light grey cladco with grey ali window and fascia and soffits to match.

This loft has really been amazing to build for such a lovely family it’s been a pleasure to turn your dreams to reality.

Week 1 progress on our loft conversion in romford.

3rd loft down the same road, This loft consists of 1 master bedroom with a huge ensuite bathroom with a lovely 600x1200 glass panel above the lading area along side a 550x780 velux in the stairs area,

The Ensuite has a 1340x980 velux centre of the opening to let a lovely amount of light through the loft with a 2m x 2.1m glass window in Grey Ali

Our client loves the cladding so we went with the light grey to match the home decor

week 2 : Insulation and boarding ready for plastering and stairs to go in we aiming for 5 week turn around

Loughton loft conversion Completed.

Drawings and full structural calculations completed in house with full design and build.

This was an existing loft that we completely transformed in to a high end luxury loft with 1 huge master bedroom with a lovely modern ensuite with a 600 x 1200 glass panel to let natural light through the ceiling.

We added vertical Cladding to the outside with spot lights in the soffits to light up on summer evenings.

This has been an amazing loft to be part of and thank you to our in house team and most of all Tim & Dan for letting us be part of there dream loft . Thanks again 👏🏼
