Temporary works structures:

· Facade Retention -Tower and walings detail

· Various Access Scaffold & Gantry Structures detail

· Sheet Piling detail

· Piling Platform / Mat detail

· Needle Shoring & Propping detail

· Tower Crane Bases/ Foundation & Hoist detail

· Temporary Support for Basement detail

· Falsework & Formwork Design

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Supporting the project director in managing and leading project development.
• Excellent organization skills and experiences of coordinating consultants.
• Contributes to the development of distinct portions of a Project with periodic supervision by Project Leadership. Exhibits initiative, process innovation, problem solving, and decision quality with a high attention to precision and accuracy at a task specific level.
• Produces and coordinates presentation and contract deliverables such as diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, physical models and animations.
• Effectively communicates internally through timely and appropriate written, oral, and visual means.
• Creates and innovates with a strong technical ability and integrates interdisciplinary criteria to effectively move forward projects.

We are looking for a full time Civil/Structural Engineer, AUTOCAD Experience preferred. Successful candidate will work primarily at STAP Group head office, but will use company car to attend site visits when required. The hours are 37.5/week.
Responsible for the production of calculations, drawings and sketches for various permanent and temporary structural
scheme designs varying from large new builds, demolition, extensions and alterations.
Consulting Engineer, Supervisors and Co-Ordinators
Relevant with the current design codes for steel, concrete, unreinforced masonry and timber i.e. British Standards.
Deal with clients such as borough council, architects, homeowners, property developers both directly and via phone
calls, as well as attending site meetings to have up to date information on projects.
