A whole floor, craned onto a house in Cambridge.

The rooms were already built before it got there. Plastered and skimmed, radiators on, cylinder fitted, lights, sockets and switches all done in our North Yorkshire factory. It lands on a steel ring beam and the cladding is finished on site.

Lifted on in a day, depending on the size of the home. Then around a month on site, though every job differs by size, scope and spec.

The floors, the decoration and the bathroom fit-out are yours to finish. Everything else is ours.
