Last week, our Operations Associate, Michelle Jarvis, and her EDD Wilson successfully renewed their NCTAS-P reteam accreditation, achieving the highest possible pass rate in both Odour ID and Conventional Search disciplines.

A huge congratulations to Michelle and Wilson on this outstanding achievement. Everyone at CSM is incredibly proud to have such a dedicated handler and NCTAS-P accredited EDD as part of the team.

Search Dog Oakley has been out in Chester City Centre this morning looking for people carrying controlled drugs.

Oakley only worked for short periods of time today, and had lots of breaks to make sure he stayed cool in the hot weather.

Cheshire Police work closely with Chester Racecourse to make sure everyone visiting the City has a safe and enjoyable weekend.

CSM Security is pleased to announce that, following our recent Security Industry Authority (SIA) Annual Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) assessment conducted by the SSAIB, we have successfully retained our approved status in Key Holding, Security Guarding (SG), and Door Supervision (DS) for the 11th consecutive year.

We are also proud to have achieved ACS approval for Close Protection, making CSM Security one of only 23 companies currently accredited in this specialist area.

In addition, all members of our senior management team have recently completed and successfully passed the Behavioural Analysis of Events, Individuals and Crowds (RQF) qualification, further strengthening our expertise in risk assessment and event security management.

We are equally delighted to announce that our Managing Director, Spencer Martin, has achieved his Level 4 Diploma in Spectator Safety Management (RQF), demonstrating our continued commitment to professional development, industry excellence, and the highest standards of service delivery.

Yesterday marked a proud moment for CSM Security as we completed one of the most high-profile deployments possible during a Royal visit by His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen.

It was an honour to play a key role in the inner cordon and cathedral security, alongside supporting multiple operational functions throughout the day, including Movement and asset protection of crown jewels. This level of delivery is only possible through extensive planning, coordination, and the dedication of a highly professional team.

It’s been a busy and productive week for our Drug Detection Dog (DDD) and Explosive Detection Dog (EDD) teams.

Over the past seven days, our DDD teams have been deployed across eight separate operational tasks, while our EDD teams have supported three specialist deployments.

A strong reflection of the dedication, professionalism, and readiness of both our handlers and their dogs, who continue to deliver high standards of detection capability wherever they are required.
