We're looking for someone who enjoys improving the way things are done, embraces technology and AI, and is excited by the opportunity to shape and develop HR processes rather than simply maintain them. The Role
As the People & Culture Advisor/Business Partner you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of HR activities while partnering with managers across the business to provide practical, commercial and people-focused support.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding new employees.

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a broad HR Generalist or People & Culture role.
* A genuine passion for people and culture, with a proactive and positive approach to supporting employees.
* Experience supporting recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening and managing recruitment campaigns-not simply interview coordination.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
* A builder mentality rather than an administrator mentality-someone who enjoys improving processes and asking, "How can we make sure we never have to do this manually again?"
* Be genuinely AI-native , using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow to improve productivity, efficiency and the employee experience.
* Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to build credibility and work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business.
* The ability to work independently while thriving in a standalone HR environment.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership of the People function.
* CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (preferred).

What's on Offer?
