A friend got in touch after noticing their sink waste pipe was leaking. Very strange one, as the pipe had actually cracked in multiple places! 😳💧

I removed the damaged section and replaced the waste pipe, making sure everything was fitted properly and securely.

✅ Leaks sorted
✅ Damaged pipe replaced
✅ Everything tested and working as it should

Another little plumbing problem fixed and back to normal! 🚰🔧

A great start to this tiling project in Finchampstead with the kitchen now tiled. The grout is still to go in, but we’ll be back to get that finished and continue with the rest of the property.

There’s plenty more tiling ahead here, including the bathrooms, ensuites and utility room, so keep an eye out for more progress photos over the coming weeks! 👌

Tomorrow we’re heading over to Warfield to start a brand new bathroom transformation. Looking forward to sharing that one with you too!

🔧 Problem Solved & Money Saved 🔧

This B&Q uPVC door had a failed locking mechanism, and to make things trickier, the part was discontinued.

We sourced and adapted a compatible locking system to fit the door and get it working safely again — saving the customer a lot of money 💰

A fully functioning door and a very happy customer 😄
