From impractical to perfect!

We have been hard at work in Rainham for the last few weeks transforming our lovely customers driveway.

Before they had a very sloped drive with limited parking space - they wanted to maximise their current parking and make it safer and easier to get in and out the car to the front door.

Safe to say Richard and Dylan nailed the brief 🙏🏻

A huge dig out was done and then 2 x stepped brickwork walls and steps were laid. We then installed 60m2 of Bracken block paving with a Charcoal border. Finishing off with Raj Green sandstone steps & pathway to the front door.

It’s both practical and lovely to look at & will last them for years to come.

Busy week here at TPA 😁

Teynham - we have began to install the decking subframe ready for a large timber decking to be made. Followed by bannisters & fully cladding and insulating the existing building

Minster - we are installing an Aluminium gazebo on existing timber decking. Followed by baton fencing and a bespoke timber pergola. Finishing with oak sleeper planters & turf.

Rainham - we are laying a new block paved driveway. A large dig out was required due to the large slope, we then retained the walls using brickwork.

Luxury fencing at its finest 🤩

We installed closed board timber fencing and then painted in protective black bitumen paint.

We then installed African Sapele hardwood batons - providing a modern, yet timeless look. Ensuring maximum quality and maximum longevity 👌

Now just to wait for further building works to be undertaken before the composite decking can be installed - stay tuned!

Lovely job completed this week in Wigmore 🙏🏻

We removed the customers: existing concrete base, trees and stumps.

Then installed:
- 11m of 6ft Closed board fencing
- A new concrete base
- Shingle down the side of the garage

The previous space has now been turned into a functional, neat and much more modern area 👌

What a transformation 🤩 hard to believe this is the same garden.

The space has been completely revamped to a: modern, low maintenance area perfect for entertaining and also ensuring the customer has plenty of storage 🙏🏻

We used:
- Aura Grey Porcelain paving
- Dunster summer house
- Brickwork steps
- Oak sleeper retaining walls and planters
- Baton screening fencing
- New lawn with oak sleeper edging
- Block paved driveway

Another decking job completed this week in Sittingbourne 👌

We installed Anthracite grey composite decking to two parts of their garden. Maximising the previously unused space available and giving the customer plenty of options for seating 😊

Then finished off with Trellis screening and 6 Tonnes of Ragstone for a low maintenance, decorative option in front of their cabin 👍
