Another successful space-saving project completed ✅

My customer wanted to reclaim valuable floor space in their spare bedroom that was being lost to bulky boxing over the raked stair ceiling.

I carefully removed the existing boxing, assessed the structure, and constructed new framework at a lower height that follows the line of the staircase while maintaining strength and compliance. This allowed the ceiling to be tightened up, creating a much cleaner finish and noticeably more usable floor space in the room.

A great example of how thoughtful carpentry can make a real difference to how a space is used.
