Recent job. Safety flooring and shower and enclosure change for a low profile anti slip one. For a lady with some walking difficulties to make it easier and safer for her.
Note to cowboys- stop cutting trough the joists to put your trap in 🤦‍♂️🫣 there is so many poor traders around it’s hard to believe. I have seen it all , but there is always something shocking to discover in the area.

This one done in June. Fully reboarded as it was all falling a part , few rotten joists sorted, shower in place of old cupboard. New bath, shower, floor , ceiling, basin, , towel rail, black taps and shower mixer, existing toilet and grey shower panels. 🤗 main stack replaced as well. short video in next reel

This one done in March/April.
You tend to think you have seen it all but there is always something new. This one is a perfect example. It supposed to be a simple refresh of a bathroom and toilet turned up to be a much more then this. Not only some cowboy fixed a plasterboard to the floor as a base for tiling ( yeah plasterboard) It was so rotten, literally whole other world of fungus living there. But the biggest surprise was , that someone removed chimney stack from a kitchen underneath leaving remaining chimney stack hanging in the ceiling without any steel support whatsoever. Literally waiting to collapse for years. Joists in that ceiling like they always do were supported on that chimney meaning that it was left hanging without any connection mid room with all that weight on top of it. We ended up removing it completely to continue with refurb. Wow. I don’t think anything can beat this job in a cowboy builders world.

New ceilings in both , continuous vinyl flooring in whole area. Spot lights, new bath and basins, new toilets , one with hidden cistern in boiler cupboard. Concrete shower panels all around.
