Last week down in verwood,

One of the lads installing window boards, skirting boards, door linings, architraves and window.. all in one day. We dont mess around.

This office extension is really taking shape now, we are ready to complete the break through tomorow and join the original office into the new area! Stay tuned to see how we can make a small warehouse area into another fully functional multi use office and storage space.

Another major project underway!

Starting today in Sherborne, we're kicking off a substantial build involving full double Fireline ceilings and steel encasements throughout the property.

To achieve the required 120-minute fire rating, we're installing MF5 (Tophat) systems to the underside of the timber joists at 400mm centres, followed by 2 layers of 15mm Fireline board. All structural steels will also be fully encased with 2 x 15mm Fireline boards to meet specification.

Once the fire protection package is complete, we'll be installing a full suspended tile & grid ceiling system, including the higher-level sloped areas, creating a clean, modern finish throughout.

This is going to be a fantastic transformation and we're looking forward to sharing progress as the project develops. 👌

📢 We may also be looking for a reliable gang of plasterers to skim this project. If you're interested, get in touch. We've got plenty more work in the pipeline too.

What a great start to the week!

Carrying foward from lastweek we have our first team down at bournemouth airport cracking out the grid, fireboard to mez areas & firefly curtains in all required areas and there absolutely flying! Progress is really showing here with a reliable and well equipped team carrying out each and every instruction with great attention to detail and swiftness.

Great effort and very happy builder indeed.

We take pride in all our work and will always aim to install and deliver on time or sooner! All of our team treat all jobs alike and will always aim to wrap it up as quick as possible to get onto the next task and job!

🔥 What a week it's been! 🔥

Multiple projects on the go, with some completed and others making great progress. Here's a look at what the team has been up to this week:

🏢 **Andover – Ground Floor Mezzanine Office Fit-Out**
A fantastic effort from two of the team who started and completed this project within the week. Another great addition to our portfolio and, most importantly, a very happy client. ✅ **Completed**

🔨 **Verwood – First Floor Mezzanine Fit-Out**
Work is progressing well on this ongoing project. We started by creating a new entrance between the existing and new units, along with freestanding wall linings, a doorway, and a window opening. Following the electrician's first fix, we returned today to ply, insulate, and board all walls, leaving them ready for the next stage. Great work from the lads involved. 🚧 **Ongoing**

🏠 **East Boldre, New Forest**
We returned this week to complete work on a previously leaking roof slope and install all studwork. Another job wrapped up successfully. ✅ **Completed**

🏥 **Ringwood Hospital**
The team has been hard at work in the heat, installing over **1,400m² of insulation** within the loft space. All grid ceilings have now been completed, and we're nearing completion of the plenum firebox installations for the loft-space ductwork dampers. Tomorrow, we'll be fitting all cut ceiling tiles. 🚧 **Ongoing**

🏛️ **Weymouth Community Hall**
We returned this week to complete the reveal dabbing around newly installed windows and doors. The only remaining insulation is within the roof space, which will be completed once the M&E second-fix pipework is finished. 🚧 **Ongoing**

💪 Super busy week, but the team continues to deliver across every project.

🚧 New Project Underway! 🚧

Day 2 Complete 👌

We’ve been asked to transform this once fully dedicated storage area into a modern, functional office space — reducing storage and creating a much larger, more comfortable working environment 👌

The project started with forming bulkheads around:
✔️ Existing roller shutter door
✔️ Front entrance door
✔️ Two window panels
✔️ Staircase area

Next up was installation of a 1-hour fire-rated grid & tile ceiling system 🔥
This helps enhance the fire rating of the mezzanine flooring, while all bulkheads and boxings were completed using Glassroc boards for maximum performance and durability.

We then moved onto the studwork wall installation, complete with aluminium windows and trims.
The wall has been designed and built right up to the grid ceiling with future flexibility in mind — allowing it to be moved or removed with ease if needed later on.
Using aluminium trims over joints and screw fixings not only delivers a clean, professional finish, but also ensures the boards remain easily removable for any future alterations 👏

All that’s left now:
➡️ Wrap the encasements with Rockwool casing sleeves
➡️ Board & tile the remaining areas
➡️ Install the final door set 🚪

This was down in new forest on the old bomb shelter village hall.

Busy week for the lads down ringwood this week

Full removal of 760m2 old insulation, ready for the 2 new layers of 100mm/170mm.

This will help improve the energy peformance certificate of this building by upto 30%!

The old was incorrectly installed, patchy and wet from various leaks.

Nice little job completed last weekend — in and out in 2 days 👌

First stage was sweeping all excess dust from the walls to allow the Betacontact (PVA & grit mix) to do its job properly. This seals the walls and gives the adhesive & plaster a solid surface to grip onto.

Next, 2 of the walls were dot & dabbed to reshape the window opening and cover multiple new socket chases — the quickest and neatest solution for this project.

Final stage: plastering. Massive shoutout to Steve, who came in and managed to bond & plaster the whole job in a single day 👏 Top work as always.

Projects like this can usually be completed in:

✅ Around 3 days for rewiring, reboarding & plastering
