Clean, Modern & Sleek .. ๐ŸŒž

This one was a quick clean and tidy-up, but what a difference it made!

The conifers were making both sides of the driveway feel dark and enclosed, so we erected a new fence between the properties, tying into the existing fence line.

We then dug out the new driveway area, installed a Silver Haze block border and fitted new ACO drainage, connecting into the existing drainage system.

Finished off with tarmac for a clean, modern and sleek finish.

This project has transformed an unusable area of the garden into a beautiful outdoor seating space, complete with sleeper retaining walls and a fresh new look.

The area was fully dug out before we installed a new sub-base and membrane throughout.

We then laid Urban Grey porcelain , finished with Carbon Easy Joint for a clean, modern appearance.

To ensure proper drainage, we also installed a new ACO channel system for surface water management.

The project was finished off with sleeper retaining walls surrounding the area and new feather-edge fencing on both sides, creating a smart and practical outdoor space.

All in all, a lovely new seating area for the customer to enjoy this summer. ๐ŸŒž

Boys were cracking on with some lovely new feather edge fencing last week. ๐Ÿ‘Œ down, gone and new up in 2 days.

The old fence posts had completely rotted away and the fence between the two properties was pretty much on the floor.

We removed the old fence and installed a brand-new solid feather edge fence with posts set every 6ft for maximum strength and durability.

This one isn't going anywhere and will stand up to whatever the weather throws at it. ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿšง Another problem sorted for a happy customer! ๐Ÿšง

This one was a bit of an eye-opener. The previous contractor had backfilled the area with soil, which had led to puddling and settlement issues across the forecourt.

We re-cut the trench line to 1m wide and excavated it to a depth of 600mm before backfilling with Mendip Type 1, compacted in 150mm layers to ensure a solid, long-lasting foundation.

While on site, we also installed a new 32mm MDPE water supply pipe within 100mm ducting to feed a new wash area at the rear of the caravan sales site.

โœ… No more puddles
๏ฟฝโœ… No more sinkage issues
๏ฟฝโœ… Improved water supply for the new wash area.
๏ฟฝโœ… Another happy customer, oh and it's Friday tomorrow :)

Garden glow-up just in time for BBQ season โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

No machines, no access on this one โ€” all done the hard way with a wheelbarrow and shovel.

Dug it out, stoned it up, and put down a permeable w**d membrane. Finished it off with urban grey 600 x 900 porcelain using carbon Easy Joint.

Added key kerbs to make a nice little seating area at the bottom, and used charcoal blocks to split the path from the kidsโ€™ play area โ€” keeps it neat but gives it a bit of character too.

Nice and clean finishโ€ฆ proper transformation on this one ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐ŸŒพ

Slabs lifted carefully and set aside ready for reinstatement.

Ripped out the old rotten decking, built a brand new base, and re-decked the whole area. Solid, fresh, and ready to enjoy.

Perfect spot for those summer evenings and sundowners ๐Ÿป๐Ÿป ๐ŸŒž
