Project Completion | Manor Way, Pontypool

A. Baul Roofing Contractors is delighted to announce the successful completion of roofing refurbishment works at Manor Way, Pontypool, delivered on behalf of one of our valued clients.

The project comprised the full replacement of the roof covering system, including the installation of new UPVC fascias, soffits and rainwater goods, together with a new roofing underlay, Marley 25x50mm roofing battens and a Marley Modern interlocking concrete tile system.

Through effective planning, strong site management and the dedication of our operational teams, all works were completed ahead of programme, achieving a high-quality finish while maintaining the highest standards of safety, workmanship and client communication throughout.

This project reflects A. Baul Roofing Contractors’ ongoing commitment to delivering durable, compliant and professionally executed roofing solutions across the social housing and residential sectors.

Site Progress: Llangynidr Rd (New Build)

Scope of works: Roof coverings, uPVC fascia, soffits and RWGs.

As we approach the final week on this project, we wanted to share the progress so far. The team have worked tirelessly over the last two weeks to keep on track with a tight programme, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship throughout.

Roof Tilers & Slaters Wanted (Labour Only – Gangs Welcome)

We are currently looking to connect with experienced roof tilers and slater gangs for upcoming projects.

Requirements:
• Must be able to work independently and on own initiative
• Able to read and follow construction drawings
• Must comply with BS5534 standards
• Must adhere to NHBC guidelines
• Own tools and proven experience essential
