Another flooring project in progress🔥 — 22mm Natural Oak parquet flooring with a lacquered finish, installed throughout the hallway and downstairs WC.

The natural oak adds warmth and character to the space, with the lacquered finish bringing out the beautiful grain and natural knots of the timber.

The project is still in progress, with the skirting boards yet to be fitted.

This project started with the removal of a load-bearing wall, supported by a temporary propping system before installing a structural steel beam (RSJ) to safely carry the load.
The result? A bright, open-plan layout with a spacious new kitchen and utility room, completely transforming the way this home feels and functions.
Every stage was completed with attention to detail—from the structural alterations and building work to the final finishes.

Another major structural alteration completed.

This project involved the removal of a load-bearing wall and the installation of a structural steel beam and support columns, creating a much larger open-plan living space.

From temporary supports and demolition through to steel installation, every stage was carried out in accordance with the structural engineer's design.

A big transformation already, with the finishing stages still to come.
