I have successfully completed another project for a new customer. This job involved closing off a living room doorway to accommodate a new media wall. This was constructed and painted by myself with assistance from an electrician for the electrics. Additionally, a plasterer was needed to plaster the living room ceiling and seamlessly patch the former doorway. Furthermore, I replaced the existing stair banister with new handrail and metal spindles and even managed to install a new door in the hallway. I am pleased to announce the successful completion of another project for a new customer. This job involved the removal of the existing stair bannister, followed by the supply and installation of a new oak bannister complemented by black metal spindles. Additionally, all stair strings were clad with oak to achieve a authentic oak look. I also integrated an under-stairs storage solution, fabricated from MDF and prepared for painting, featuring a push-to-open door mechanism. I have successfully completed another project for a returning customer. This involved the installation of paneling throughout their hallway, extending up the staircase, and across the landing. The work was started by fitting a primed dado rail, followed by the fitting of timber molding to make the lower section. All surfaces have been filled and sanded, ready for the final painting stage. I am pleased to announce the successful completion of my recent renovation project, that I have been working on over the past few weeks with other skilled trades. This project involved a complete living room and part hallway renovation. It was a bit of a challenge at times but we got there in the end and the customers couldn't be happier. This project involved
* The removal of the existing stone fireplace.
* The installation of new plastered ceilings.
* A complete decorative overhaul to living room and part hallway.
* The construction of a new media wall, featuring solid oak shelving and ample storage.
* The creation of a bespoke unit within the hallway.
* The installation of oak LVT herringbone flooring through living room and hallway.
* New electrics for both units.
* The replacement of the radiator in living room.
* The fitting of a new oak glazed living room door.
* The installation of new oak skirting and architraves.
