From a drylining subcontractor to a leading main contractor, KFR continues to raise the standard.

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the façade works at 109–111 Mount Street. Our team delivered the painting and cleaning of the façade in record time, right in the heart of Mayfair.

This was no easy task, with all works carried out via cherry picker in a busy central London location. Thanks to our team’s experience, expertise, and commitment to safety, the project was completed efficiently while keeping both our workforce and the public safe throughout.

Delighted to share with you some videos from a project that lasted 26 months at The Connaught Hotel.

In that time, KFR successfully refurbished 121 suites and rooms averaging more than one room completed every week.

Every stage demanded dedication, teamwork, precision, and consistently high standards delivered to The Connaught standard of luxury and excellence.

Working closely with designers Oliver Law, BAA Architects, and WSP Engineering, we are proud to have delivered this prestigious project on time and under budget.

The beautifully refurbished lobby and cloakroom at The Connaught.

KFR proudly acted as the leading contractor, delivering this scheme to the highest standards within a 9-week programme. The project showcases exceptional craftsmanship, premium finishes, and meticulous attention to detail throughout.

Our Director, Kledis Ramaj, was heavily involved in leading the project as Construction Manager on behalf of the client ensuring smooth coordination, quality control, and successful delivery on schedule.

Another fantastic project completed at Harrods Wine & Spirits.

We supplied and fitted the new wine display units, including an Inomatic wine dispenser — all delivered to the highest standard. Proud to say the client scored the job a solid 10/10 for quality and programme.

KFR continues to work hard to build an even stronger relationship with Harrods, and this marks another high-end project under our belt.

KFR is proud to announce the completion of the four storey 83 bedroom for Bloomsburry hotel in Tottenham corurt road, that has been extensively remodeled to create a high-quality. KFR has carried all works such as Demolition, Drylinining & plastering, ceilings, Tilining, all joinery works and painting and decorating .

We’re proud to share pictures of one of our most prestigious project in the heart of Cardiff City. We completed 102 hotel rooms of making good and decorating, stripping out 1000m2 MF ceiling, and replacing them with grid ceiling.
