Honoured to Play a Small Part in a Special Day of Remembrance 🇬🇧⚓
Not every job we undertake is a large restoration project—sometimes it's the smaller jobs that carry the greatest meaning.
Recently, we were asked by Martyn to modify his Royal Naval Association Standard Bearer's strap ahead of an annual memorial service. The leather holder had become unstitched and was no longer securely attached to the strap, so we modified the design and re-stitched it to create a much stronger and more secure attachment.
With the modification completed in time for the service, Martyn was able to proudly carry the Royal Naval Association standard throughout the commemorative event with confidence.
It was an honour to contribute, in our own small way, to an occasion that remembers and pays tribute to those who served and sacrificed. Knowing that our craftsmanship helped preserve such an important tradition makes this one of those jobs that means far more than the work itself.
Thank you, Martyn, for trusting us with this special project and for allowing us to share these wonderful photographs from the day.
Lest We Forget.
