Some ludlow and double roman tile repairs and ridge tile. Back watergate cleaned out so water can wash away easy.

Small hole at the bottom of the chimney stack under the lead watergate, removed rotten battens, installed a section of 18ml osb amd re-felted the area. Dressed lead bead and re-tiled back with new.

Alot of these newly bought garden huts/shed are expensive, But the supplier will include the basic of tracing paper type felt that will rip with a small gust of wind!

The customer was experiencing water ingress due to the low quality of the felt.

We supply a good heavy duty top sheet tack on felt that will last and we also install a breathable underlayment to add as a fail safe.

We went ahead and painted the trims aswell while they were off we thought to just make it all look finished.

A two day graft with a tack on felted porch with a skew up against the main part of the property. Timber completely rotten with water sitting at the top of the facia.

Scotch slated dressed and sized, with a lead water gate raggled to the wall and patination oil applied. Re done the facias and soffits with upvc and re-used and wiped down front fracia.
