-First stage was to power-wash the property
-Then apply a cover stain to stop future salts coming through as seen in first picture
-Applying 2 top coats of bdec extra flex to give it the best protection
-final thing was to undercoat and gloss the railings which really set the property off

A modern kitchen recently transformed 🔥
The photos dont do it justice
Walls were in a very bad way . Lumps and bumps and poor prep everywhere from previous painter
All the ceilings ,walls and woodwork needed sanding with the mirka to get a flat smooth surface
Customer opted to colour drench the ceilings and walls which i must say looks unreal
