🏗️✨ Early Planning Works Underway

We’re excited to share that pre‑commencement planning works are now underway for a scheme of five bungalows being delivered for a fantastic local charity.

Northwood Consult have been awarded the contract to manage all commercial project works — from initial concept design right through to completion.

A brilliant opportunity to support a meaningful cause while delivering quality, community‑focused homes.

Brick cleaning is revealing the original texture, new windows are being fitted, and repointing works are now in motion.

The structure is finally starting to look crisp again — always a satisfying moment in any conversion.

📈🏠 Busy Week

The barn we’re project managing for our lovely clients has taken a huge step forward, with a stunning Merlin Grey Catnic Urban standing seam roof now installed — giving the whole structure its crisp, modern profile while sitting beautifully against the original barn fabric.

Inside, the pace has stepped up again. All internal rooms have now been formed, and it’s the first time you can truly feel the flow, proportions, and character as the project shifts from architect concept to a space you can experience.

Alongside the site progress, it’s been a full commercial week too — we’ve processed three applications for payment and submitted four tenders for sizeable schemes ranging from Industrial Units through to Assisted Living Accommodation.

A proper mix of projects and a strong pipeline shaping up!
