Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of assisting a wallpaper hanger on a project over in Greencroft, Oldham. All paint colours were colour-matched in Johnstone’s Acrylic Durable Matt to match the Farrow & Ball shades perfectly.

Another job completed to a high standard — and always great working alongside other skilled trades.

.Another quality project completed!
Last year I was brought in by a builder to finish a full set of new windows, the front door, double porch doors, and to stain the back door. I’m only sharing the photos now because the specially made porch door has just been completed — and it was worth the wait.

Every surface was finished using Zinsser AllCoat white water‑based gloss, inside and out, for a clean, durable, long‑lasting result.

With brighter weather on the way, it’s the perfect time to refresh your home’s exterior.

I didn’t manage to grab photos from the opposite side of the room this time, but the results speak for themselves.

✨ Fresh transformation in Royton! ✨
This week we completed a full repaint of a beautiful bungalow — hallway, bathroom and bedroom all finished in a clean, modern Swansdown colour for a seamless look throughout.

We used Armstead Vinyl Matt for the main areas, a durable bathroom mix for moisture‑resistant protection, and wrapped it all up with crisp Johnstone’s Aqua Water‑Based Gloss on the woodwork. The result: a bright, fresh, professional finish that completely lifted the space.

Clients in Hale Barns recently had their basement refurbished after identifying areas of damp.

All bare plaster was treated with a full mist coat, and the ceiling was finished using Johnsons Cover plus.
The original wall colour was colour-matched and mixed in Dulux, supplied with a reference number rather than a name.
All woodwork was completed to a high standard using Johnsons Aqua Guard.
