The lease has officially been signed ✍️🙌🏼
We completed this development back in December 2025 — and today, 9 months later, we’ve finally reached the finish line.
9 months of bills.
9 months with no rental income.
9 months of waiting for the legal process, housing association and council to be ready to finalise the deal.
It’s a good reminder that property development isn’t always quick or straightforward. There are always risks, delays and plenty of patience required — and nothing is ever guaranteed.
But today, it’s paid off. 🙌🏼
This development is now our 6th long-term lease with Nottingham City and County Council and Inclusion Housing Association.
Another project completed. Another long-term partnership secured. Another one across the line. 🏠🔑
On to the next one… 👊🏼
