We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial fit out and fire protection. We have built on our reputation in providing the highest standards of work at very competitive rates. We work very closely with blue chip companies, schools, borough councils, and main contractors providing a excellent service from design to completion. The company is fully insured and members of the Nottingham Construction Forum, CITB Registered and CSCS Registered. Also we hold 3rd party accretion from the IFC

PROJECT HANDOVER 🎉👏

We’re pleased to have now completed and handed over the refurbishment works at John Pye’s Derby site.

The project involved the refurbishment of two previously vacant, flood-damaged buildings, with works carried out across both the internal and external areas of the site.

Our team delivered a wide range of works including cladding, concrete flooring, plastering, new windows, electrical works, joinery, decoration, flooring and refurbishment of the office spaces, alongside associated fire protection and building works.

After a substantial programme of works, the site has now reached completion and has been successfully handed back to John Pye.

Keep an eye out for our upcoming full project transformation, showing the journey from the original condition through to completion. 👀

🚐 A New Addition To The A&G Fleet

We’re pleased to welcome our new 100% electric van to the A&G Commercial fleet. ⚡

The new van is another step towards reducing emissions across our day-to-day operations, while the new graphics have been designed to reflect what sustainability means to us.

The design brings together renewable energy, local communities, schools and businesses, representing our commitment to supporting the communities we work in while looking at more sustainable ways of working.

Project Update - John Pye Auctions Derby is getting its final touches 👌

Following our site visit to the John Pye Port Talbot site last week, we're pleased to see the project moving forward.

With the roof leaks now resolved, our team has been able to progress with the completion of the drylining works this week.

It's great to see the site moving into the next stage, with further internal works now able to progress.

Everyone at A&G Commercial is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of John Pye.

​John was a true Nottingham legend. His determination, graft, and vision built an incredible business over the last six decades, leaving a legacy that very few can match. Crucially, even as he grew his empire across the UK, he never forgot his roots and always made a point of championing and supporting local family businesses like ours.

​We have had the absolute privilege of working alongside John Pye Auctions for many years. To witness firsthand the standard he set and the incredible company he built has been a true honour. He was a brilliant man to work for and will be greatly missed by the entire Nottingham business community.

​Our deepest condolences go out to Anne, Adam, James, the entire Pye family, and the whole team at John Pye Auctions during this difficult time. Rest in peace, John.❤️

Our team is making good progress on a new-build development in Daventry, carrying out the interior fit-out of a new community centre and Co-op store.

The works are progressing well as both spaces take shape, helping create practical, modern facilities for the new housing estate and the wider community.
