Phase 1 Completed in February on our Mattishall Refurbishment

An extensive refurb of this 1850’s barn conversion has brought a new modern style to this home. We have completed the following:

-Full rip out
-All external walls have been studded, 120mm celotex with taping, vapour barrier and moisture board applied due to no cavity and damp being present
-All ceilings overboard
- 2 new internal stud walls, one to create another bedroom and the other to create a server room for the house
- Full re skim
-All new plumbing & designer radiators
-Floor screeded & Herringbone LVT installed
-New door frames, doors with hardware, skirting & architrave
-Solid oak wavey edge window sills
-New flush casement windows throughout with French doors to master bedroom
-Full decoration work throughout
-New loft hatch

Also included in this phase 1 was a full rewire comprising of Shelly smart home modules in each light circuit and heating system making this home fully smart and manageable from one of the wall mounted tablets or from a mobile phone. All electrical work has been completed by

At the time of these photos taken window reveals and new windows were not fitted, the client has since moved into all rooms and the windows have been fitted/ reveals finished. We feel these pictures without furnished rooms are more appropriate for us and our client.

Beautiful bathroom Designed, Supplied & Installed by us completed !

Another dream bathroom brought to life 🤩

We listened to what the customer wanted and they fell in love with the first design we produced for them, now they will be walking into this bathroom for years to come

This bathroom is fitted with Urbino Cement Ivory & Linnea Almond Slat Tiles from Tile Giant and is complimented with satin nickel fixtures and fittings

On this project we have completed:
-Full rip out
-Full new plumbing including drainage
-New moisture board ceiling
-All new electrics which include niche led’s, bath led’s, wall mounted dual tooth brush charger, LED mirror and seamless plastered in spot lights, extractor fan & led strips (msb_electrical_ltd)
-FastWarm underfloor heating on decoupling matting
-Full stud work/ wall battening with insulation
-All walls and floor tiled in large format. All tiles to niches are mitred with a resin finish
-1500x800 sky light installed
-Full Jackoboard & wet areas tanked

Concrete grey with natural wood furniture and natural slats tiles to niche. Complemented with satin nickel fixtures & fittings

Attention to detail as always with mitred tiles, led features and seamless extractor fan

Tiles are Slate Rock Porcelain 600x600 supplied by Tilegiant

-Full rip out, wall removal & drainage location change
-All new plumbing & electrics
-New moisture board ceiling & skimmed
-Walls jackoboarded and wet areas tanked
-ProWarm underfloor heating on decoupling matting with digital display
-Walls and floor fully tiled with 1.5mm spacing. Mitred tiles with resin to niche
-All furniture supplied and fitted. All concealed systems
