A new boiler in Spixworth.

We had been to repair this boiler a few times whilst the customer was at the right point financially to replace the boiler.

Old Valliant combi boiler out and replaced with a Baxi combi. New pipe work to feed the boiler and now the customer has piece of mind with the 10year parts and labour warranty as long as it receives its annual boiler service to keep the warranty valid!

A warm and cosy winter ahead for this household with no worries about a boiler breaking down!

We have had an incredibly busy few weeks since we returned from annual leave which means we haven’t uploaded as many updates as we would like.

This includes:-

✅ 2nd fixing at a barn conversion in Beeston St Andrew’s
✅ New boilers installed ready for winter
✅ Boiler and air source heat pump servicing
✅ Upgrades to the existing plumbing at a large car dealership
✅ A full bathroom renovation. New plasterboard, walls, shower boards, tiles, plastering, electrics and by the end of this week we will be installing the remaining sanitary ware.
✅Call outs to both existing customers and new customers

This week we will be uploading some before and after pictures and videos of some amazing transformations 🙌🏼

Quick update!

Steve and myself are on holiday until 27th July. We’ve had a few calls off the same numbers… if you listen to the voicemail it will give you details on how to contact Tim for your call outs whilst we are away.

Steve will not be taking calls during our trip due to the time difference and not having access to Tim’s diary for our absence.

A regular boiler customer decided it was time to upgrade from an old fire and back boiler to a new combi boiler in the loft
This job was made tricky by the extreme heat we had when installing. We kept safe by starting extra early (thanks to our lovely early rising customer!) watching the temperature on our portable thermometer and getting the loft work done earlier in the day and moving to the ground level work as the temp rose!
We were very grateful for the constant supply of cold drinks to help us too 🙌

Boiler upgrade - Thorpe

A returning customer contacted us recently wanting to upgrade their combi boiler. The current boiler was still working and they had their annual boiler servicing carried out, however the boiler was getting older and they didn’t want to be in a position where the boiler broke down, parts being obsolete or being without heating/hot water for a short period during the colder months.

We discussed the different models available and our lovely customer went with a Baxi 800 combi for its 10 year parts and labour warranty. She now has complete peace of mind for the next 10 years that her only ongoing cost for this boiler is her annual boiler service to keep that warranty valid 🙌🏻

Last week we removed an old Vaillant boiler and hot water cylinder and replaced with a Baxi 800 combi boiler for returning customers of ours.
After a run of bathroom renovations this is the first of 3 boiler installs in 6 days!

The boiler was also moved to the old cylinder position freeing up some space in our customers home.

This boiler came with a 10 years parts and labour warranty courtesy of Baxi as long as the boiler is serviced annually - making this our boiler of choice when asked what we would recommend 🙌🏻
