Employee of the month for August is Charlie. When Charlie first joined us 3 months ago he was very erratic. After a brief meeting and explaining if he knuckles down he will be able to pick this job up very well. He's taken everything we have said on board got on with everything asked. He's now fully understanding the process of erecting and day to day labouring. The next aim is to progress his spanner time. Well done mate really proud of you and another valuable member of MJC

Job completed. The team have been outstanding on this project and the client couldn't praise them enough. Handed over ahead of schedule the customer wanted to start this job Monday instead he made a start this afternoon. Please get in contact with us if you require any scaffold projects similar to this. The Unthank Road project is progressing well. Our team are getting ahead on the completion and handover date. They are providing safe and reliable access for the trades on site while maintaining the highest of standards. A few areas to snag before handover on the rear. A new week brings new projects. The scaffold is being erected for Fascia Soffits Windows and Dormer repairs. Really looking forward to this one and the end product will be amazing.

A little trip out with me for the day. All jobs erected and dismantled this week. A really positive end with Jayden starting also. Lots to look forward too big jobs starting next week with some even bigger meetings. Have a great weekend to our all customers and friends.

Communication at all points of erects and dismantles are so important for everyone working on the job. A small lapse in communication could be fatal.

The diary is stacked ✅ The tender packs are still coming in ✅ We are not missing a beat and it's all been down to the change in having a System and a good structure in place throughout the company for us to get out there and do the high level task. We have invested heavily over the past 3/4 months to move forward. Any business looking to scale should have this in place.
