Another staircase transformed, old newel posts and hand rails removed and all replaced in oak.this one was a little trickier as we had to build the handrail out a bit so it would go past the section of wall to allow a full handrail from top to bottom.

We also made use of the wasted space undernesth and added a pull out drawer for shoes

Another bundle of doors fitted the other week there was 8 in total with handles to match downstairs

Before they were tired and sagging shelves with radiators covered over not giving out much heat at all
Now all renewed with thicker shelves to prevent sagging, we exposed the radiators so the heat flows into the room. Flooring is to be changed at a later date

Dado rail around the room and picture on the fireplace also did the same in the downstairs wc
