Project Dixon – Before & After ✅🌿

What a transformation!

Over the course of the week, we moved the shed safely out of the way, broke up and removed the old concrete shed base and completed the full ground preparation.

We installed timber shuttering and sub-base for the new shed base, ready for the concrete pour. We also dug the post holes, fitted the channel drainage and secured the timber framework along the house before constructing the new pergola.

A fresh concrete shed base was poured, the remaining patio was laid and the surrounding soil was levelled and tidied before the shed was carefully moved back into position.

A brilliant result and another outdoor space transformed by KREW Landscapes! 💚

Project Dixon – Part 5/5 ✅

Friday’s work completed!

Today we fitted the channel drainage, finished laying the remaining patio slabs and levelled out the surrounding soil. We also moved the shed back onto its new concrete base and completed the final tidy-up.

A great week of progress and another project completed! 👀🌿

Project Dixon – Part 4/5 ✅

Thursday’s work completed!

Today we finished preparing the shed base and built the timber pergola framework, securing the posts and fitting the supporting beams and rafters. Some slabs down. We also continued breaking up and clearing the old shed base ready for the new one and got it poured and finished 👷‍♂️

Project Dixon – Part 3/5 ✅

Wednesday’s work completed!

Today we continued preparing the shed base, finished the timber edging and added more sub-base. We also dug the post holes, marked out the drainage and fixed the timber securely along the house wall, ready for the next stage.

Another good day of progress on Project Dixon! 👀🌿

Tuesday’s work completed!

Today we finished breaking up and clearing the old concrete shed base, continued with the dig-out and laid and compacted the sub-base. We also started fitting the timber edging ready for the new shed base.

This border had become a bit overcrowded with dead growth and old foliage, so we gave it a proper tidy-up — clearing everything back, removing the waste and giving the plants underneath some room to breathe again. 👌🌱

Sometimes it’s not about ripping everything out and starting again. A good clear, tidy and bit of attention can completely change the look of a garden. 💚
