First look at the latest build to leave Borderland HQ.

A T25 Syncro. A van that I’ve wanted to convert for many years. This conversion had many challenges, but to say I’m over the moon with the finished space would be an understatement.

Sick customers. Sick van. Sick process. Wholesome experience converting this one.

Geometric Beech bookcase.

Every now and then a customer gets in touch and says “I have this space and I want a piece that looks something like this, but you have full creative licence”, or something to that effect.

This was one of those.

Take a look at a LWB Mercedes-Benz Vans Sprinter we recently finished!

The perfect balance of subtle design choices and bold pops of red to bring the outside of the van inside. We particularly loved the use of some beautiful live edge Oak features throughout and some pretty sick storage solutions (if we do say so ourselves)!

Our biggest van to date and some big smiles at handover too!

This size conversion is no small undertaking, especially alongside making lots of furniture and converting smaller vans too. We’re particularly proud of how the workshop is ticking over at the moment.

It’s a rough time for most right now, hey? We see small businesses shutting down left, right and centre and we’d be lying if we said business was plain sailing at the moment, but seeing projects like this over the line give us that extra boost we all need sometimes to keep digging!

It’s hard to go wrong with a lovely green paint from and Ash internals. Great customers, great materials, lovely job all round!

We’re directing some more time towards cabinetry and built in furniture again in the coming months, so if you have a project in mind, give us a shout!

One year with our CNC machine and it has really broadened our horizons. Not just in terms of productivity and processes with cabinetry and furniture we already made, but being able to offer new products that add to our small spaces. Peg boards like this one for are a prime example 🌞
