Bathroom refurbishment 🛀🏽

This bathroom was outdated and in need of a complete refresh. It was stripped back to the bare walls and transformed to give it a stylish look whilst making the most of the space.

Upgrades:
* The old bath and shower were replaced with a modern walk-in shower featuring a rainfall shower head.
* A contemporary vanity unit was installed with an integrated basin and mixer tap.
* The toilet was upgraded to a modern back-to-wall design for a cleaner, more streamlined look.
* A heated towel rail was fitted- a practical addition that also enhances the overall design.
* The room was finished with marble-effect wall panelling, modern flooring, and contemporary black fixtures for a fresh, high-end finish.

The end result is a bright, modern bathroom that feels more spacious, stylish, and built for everyday living. 🚿

Radiator replacement 🔥

This radiator was outdated, missing thermostatic valves, and wasn’t an adequate size to heat the room effectively.
The original radiator was swapped out for a new double radiator complete with working thermostatic valves. This provides improved heat output and greater control over room temperature.

A simple upgrade that delivers better comfort, improved efficiency and greater control. 💯

Cold water storage tank 🚰

This cold water storage tank had split, causing water to leak through the ceiling into the customer’s bedroom. The original tank was poorly supported, so we removed the whole setup and installed a new plywood floor before replacing the tank itself.
Leak fixed and some extra storage space created for the customer. 👍🏻🛠️

Oil tank replacement 👍🏻

This oil tank was at risk of cracking after a storm had knocked a trellis onto the shut-off valve, putting pressure on the connection at the bottom.
The old tank was removed, and a brand new one was installed along with a new filter and shut-off valve.
