Project lutterburn coming to a close!

A complete structural overhaul with two large dormers, lantern roof light, multiple velux roof lights and a large 60m2 flat roof covered in monarplan single ply.

Two matching bay roofs completed for a very happy couple!

Code 6 bay linings with code 5 capping, all finished with a bespoke outlet which will be finished once the render has been completed.

The lead really compliments the stunning granite sills.

Rather interesting rebuild of this porch.

What started as a "simple" bitumen coated strip, soon descended into chaos... And by chaos I mean 50mm of concrete and a completely rotten timber frame.

After rebuilding the roof structure, the parapet build soon took shape and with the cold dry spell of weather, we were able to complete just in time for Christmas.
