Meet your new Dragon Oldbury team 🐉
Last but not least, meet Lewis White – Site Operative at Dragon Asphalt Oldbury.
At Dragon, we believe that the best teams are built with the right blend of industry experience and fresh new talent. Bringing experienced people together with younger team members who are hungry to learn has been a big part of our success, and Lewis is a great example of that approach in action.
At just 19 years old, Lewis joins the Oldbury team with a varied background across roles including tarmacking, landscaping, butchery and bar work. That range of experience has helped him build a strong work ethic, adaptability and a practical, hands-on attitude. He has also studied at Walsall College and Rodbaston College, adding to the mix of skills and experiences he brings with him.
Lewis completes a well-balanced team at Oldbury, adding youthful energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in. We’re proud of the way Dragon has brought new people into the industry and helped them develop, and we’re excited to see Lewis grow as part of the business.
And at Dragon, we often talk about being one big family, with Lewis, that is quite literally true. As Chalky’s son, he continues a proud theme across Dragon, where family connections and strong working relationships help create close-knit teams across our sites.
Away from work, Lewis enjoys socialising with the lads, spending time with family and going for walks.
