We were proud to be nominated for the Social Value Award. Although we didn’t take home the award this time, it was an honour to be recognised alongside other outstanding Island businesses. Congratulations to WightFibre on their win! 🏆

RPL Construction was also delighted to sponsor the Customer Service Award. A very warm congratulations to Tolchards Ltd on taking home the award! 👏

It was a wonderful evening celebrating the achievements of the Isle of Wight business community. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists! 🥂

Mark has been a huge part of RPL’s journey, bringing not only his skill and experience but also his reliability, professionalism, and commitment to doing things the right way. Over the years, he has played a key role in shaping projects, supporting colleagues, and upholding the standards that define RPL.

His contribution goes far beyond the work itself — Mark has been a trusted team member, a steady presence, and someone others could always rely on.

After almost three decades of hard work and dedication, it’s time for a well-earned retirement.
