What a wonderful day we had at the Chillerton & Gatcombe Flower Show 2026!

The sun shone as we enjoyed an afternoon of fun and music at the traditional village show. We celebrated all things horticulture and creative, including the children’s classes, photography, art, crafts and baking.

Thank you to all those who visited and to all those who entered, volunteered and made the show possible.

We hope you had a great day and hope to see you all again next time!

The summer show on Saturday 25th July is fast approaching and we are always in need of volunteers, so if you can help with any of the following please come to the village green or contact the team leaders as follows…

- Moving show furniture on the evening of Wednesday 22nd July and/or the morning of Sunday 26th July (volunteers needed on the Sunday in particular) with Gareth on [email protected]

- Dressing the marquee on Thursday 23rd July from 6pm

- Helping in the refreshments hall and/or baking with Rachael on [email protected]

Also, a request for any books and bric-a-brac you no longer have space for. You can bring them to the village green during Friday 24th July or on the morning of Saturday 25th July. We have a great book and bric-a-brac stall and rely on all you declutterers to make that so!
