LTHW pipework installation is well underway at Project Mode, with the prefabricated sections now being successfully installed on site.

This project is a great example of the hard work, planning, and teamwork required to take a project from fabrication through to installation. Led by our Construction Manager, Paul, who has overseen the installation from the outset, the work is being delivered by our brilliant Arcforce team, whose dedication and expertise continue to drive the project forward.

A huge well done to everyone involved for their commitment, quality workmanship, and collaborative approach throughout.

We are incredibly proud to recognise two of our subcontractors for their outstanding contributions and dedication to excellence.

Artur Cernei has been recognised for his exceptional performance in the SEOR program, earning the monthly reward for consistently meeting and exceeding the high standards expected in his work. His commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism continues to set a great example for the team.

Gabriel Duca has demonstrated outstanding commitment to delivering high quality work while maintaining excellent PPE compliance and safe working practices across all tasks. His dedication to workplace safety and operational excellence has not gone unnoticed.

We're pleased to have delivered a comprehensive public health pipework package for a data centre in Slough for a valued client. The works include reverse osmosis, softened, potable and non-potable water services, alongside stainless-steel drainage systems, helping to support resilient and efficient operations.

Global Biopharmaceutical Company | Project UCB | Windlesham

We are proud to be delivering Project UCB in Windlesham — a major pharmaceutical research and office development for a global biopharmaceutical company.

AES were appointed to deliver the full mechanical services package across two new office buildings within the UK headquarters and research facility development.

Our scope includes:
• Public Health services
• Laboratory services & domestic water systems
• LTHW & CHW mechanical systems
• Rainwater Pipework (RWP)
• Above Ground Drainage (AGD) installations

As the project evolved, extensive redundant existing services were identified, leading to a major expansion of the original scope. AES subsequently secured and delivered:

• Full steam services package
• Strip-out and modification works
• Reinstatement of existing Mechanical, Public Health, RWP & AGD systems

This project has been both technically demanding and highly dynamic, requiring continuous coordination and programme management throughout. Despite the additional works increasing to almost the value of the original contract, Arcforce successfully maintained delivery using the originally projected labour resource — ensuring the programme remained on track without disruption.

A fantastic effort from all teams involved and another strong example of collaboration, adaptability, and delivery excellence within the pharmaceutical sector.

Data Centre | LON01 & LON02 | Park Royal, London

AES have successfully undertaken the delivery of several critical services within a hyperscale data centre in North London.

This included the installation of domestic, non-potable, softened, reverse osmosis and Cat 5 water services. Alongside SVP, rainwater, condensate, fire water drainage, and blowdown drainage services.

In any areas classified as critical; The 1mm thin-walled drainage pipework has been fully welded in position, to meet specification requirements.

The scope also covered works within several plant areas. Utilising our off-site prefabrication and modularisation capabilities, we ensured safety, quality, efficiency, and programme compliance.

A great example of collaborative delivery and high standards across all phases of the works.

Data Centres | Cyxtera | Slough

Arcforce have completed multiple Data Centre projects including this project focused on enhancing water systems and drainage infrastructure to improve overall efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance without disrupting ongoing operations.

Working within a tightly controlled environment and programme, our team installed 12” carbon steel welded pipework, prefabricated off-site to ensure precision, quality, and efficiency.

Delivering within a live data centre required meticulous planning and coordination. A phased installation approach, combined with strict safety protocols and close collaboration with onsite teams, ensured all critical systems remained fully operational throughout.
Quality was paramount. The installation underwent rigorous inspection processes, including non-destructive testing and pressure testing, to guarantee system integrity and performance.

The project was completed on time and to the highest standards, resulting in a significant improvement to the facility’s operational efficiency and resilience.

A great example of what can be achieved through careful planning, technical expertise, and strong teamwork in a high-risk, live environment.

A huge thank you to ITAAS, our IT Managed Service Provider for all the support over the past couple of weeks.

They’ve turned around setups for two new starters in really tight timeframes, all while keeping on top of the usual IT requests and continuing to deliver a great service.

A full lorry load of prefab heading to Project Mode this week for our LTHW services install.

From accurate site ISO’s through to in house preparation and precision welding, everything has been managed start to finish by our team - then delivered directly to site, ready to go.

Now it’s over to our incredible installers to bring it all together on the ground.

Another strong example of the coordination, quality, and teamwork that goes into every stage of our projects.
