Staircase renovation complete! 🔨♻️

Gave this old staircase a new lease of life, replacing the unsafe balustrade with traditional turned spindles, as well as newel posts, handrail, and base rail.

Clean, simple, and now fully compliant with updated height and spindle spacing.

A full-height walk-in wardrobe designed to make the most of every inch.

Featuring 9 concealed drawers, a floating drawer, dressing table, external shelving, internal shelving within each unit, and individual hanging rails throughout — with fully functional vents to improve airflow, keep the space fresh and dry, and help prevent mould and mildew build-up.

Replaced the old doors with new and improved beaded shaker doors featuring a spray-applied finish.

Stunning B&B on Claremont Road, Newcastle upon Tyne.

We fitted a new kitchen and installed LVP flooring throughout the property, along with new furnishings and bespoke service enclosures.

We’re really pleased with the renovation, and so is the client. The results speak for themselves, with the property now fully booked each night. 👍🏼
