Our current project in Morden. Single door opening into a double for new Upvc doors. Investigated the floor to find some damp as floor wasn’t vented. Due to damaged wiring proving low insulation resistance - we decided to rewire correctly providing protection before its insulated / concrete / and screed installed. Damp access eliminated also. Call out today in - no central heating as of last night / turns out hardwired thermostat cable was perished and not completing the circuit - instead of replacing 3 core and creating mess my advice was a wireless thermostat, which done the job perfect @ Sutton, London
