This four bedroom townhouse was completely refurbished.
The bathrooms and ensuites have been arranged with new mosaic tiling, lighting and free standing bathrooms to suit the client's needs.
All rooms have had new lighting, wallpaper and decorated to a high standard.
All internal doors have been installed with new Architectural door k***s.
The garden area has also been remodelled with new York stone paving slabs and new raised flower beds.

The Clients of this townhouse decided to add a single storey extension to the side of their house which created a new shower and bath ensuite area and two walk in closets on the first floor and a play area and laundry room space on the ground floor.
All areas had new lighting and were decorated to a very high standard by our team.

• This project started with an existing old garage which was demolished leaving space for this new contemporary high end one bedroom residential build. The exterior of the property has different styles of brickwork with stack bonding and staggered brick making up most of the brick details with 10mm racked joint. The interior ground floor walls are exposed brick with a 10mm racked brick joint and match the same brick style on the exterior of the property, a floating ceiling with new decorative strip light incorporated around the perimeter of the ceiling and new kitchen. The steps leading to the first floor are all 100mm thick floating steps. The first floor is made up of a large bedroom and one bathroom with floor to ceiling solid oak doors, and oak flooring with decorating to a high standard. Throughout our projects we work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide an individualised service.
