Kidderminster Project From Field to Completion 🌾🏗️

Another agricultural project completed — transforming an open field into a **purpose-built grain store designed around the day-to-day needs of a modern farming operation**.

The finished building provides

- large grain storage bays with durable concrete panels.

- Machinery and fertiliser Storage.

- Chemical room with an integrated reed bed filter system.

- A staff facilities room.

From the initial site clearance and ground preparation through to the CAD team, Fabrication of steel frame, Er****on, cladding, Roof, concrete works and final fit-out, the aim was to create a building that is robust, practical and built for long-term agricultural use.

Seeing the transformation from a green field to the finished facility really shows the scale of the project.

🏗️ GRAIN STORE PROJECT – PROGRESS UPDATE 🌾

Our latest grain store project is coming along nicely! 👏

Since our last update, there has been a huge amount of progress on site, and the building is really starting to take shape.

The fibre cement roofing is now in place, including the ridge system, providing a durable and weather-resistant finish to the building. The external wall cladding is also well underway, giving the structure its finished appearance and bringing the overall design together.

From the initial steel frame er****on to the installation of the roofing and cladding, it’s great to see this project developing into the purpose-built agricultural facility our team set out to deliver.

🔹 Ridge and weatherproofing details completed
🔹 External wall cladding progressing
🔹 Building now taking its final shape

There’s still work to be completed, but we’re really pleased with how this one is coming together. 💪

🏗️ NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY – GRAIN STORE 🌾

We’re pleased to share one of our latest projects, which has just started — the er****on of a new purpose-built steel-framed grain store.

Our team is currently in the early stages of the build, with the steel frame being erected onto the prepared foundations. As the project progresses, we’ll be completing the structure to create a strong, practical and weather-resistant grain storage facility built for the demands of a working agricultural environment.

The project will include:

🔹 Er****on of the primary structural steelwork
🔹 Installation of cold-rolled secondary steelwork
🔹 Fibre cement roofing system
🔹 External wall cladding
🔹 Flashings, trims & weatherproofing
🔹 Ventilation louvres for natural airflow
🔹 Complete external finish

A look back at a project we completed earlier this year near Reading, extending an existing steel-framed building to provide our client with additional space while working seamlessly with the existing structure.

The project involved the construction of a single-sided, offset apex steel-framed extension, with our team managing the works from the ground up.

Works included:

🔹 Excavation, foundations & concrete bases
🔹 Supply & er****on of the new galvanised steel frame
🔹 Cantilevered overhang
🔹 Juniper Green box-profile wall cladding
🔹 Natural grey fibre-cement roofing with rooflights
🔹 Concrete panels, flashings & weatherproofing
🔹 Gutters, downpipes and finishing trims

The new structure was carefully designed and connected to the existing building, creating a practical extension while maintaining a clean, professional finish.
