Remember this one? The transformation is starting to take shape… 👀

Last week we showed you the work underway on this property — now you can really start to see the difference.

The Johnstone’s Stormshield Full Silicone Coloured Render System is going on, creating this crisp white finish against the existing black detailing.

It’s a huge change to the appearance of the property, but choosing the right render system isn’t only about kerb appeal. It’s about creating a durable, weather-resistant exterior finish designed to stand up to the British weather for years to come.

A completely new look for this home is underway… 🏠

We’re currently carrying out a full exterior render transformation on this property using Johnstone’s Stormshield Full Silicone Coloured Render System.

Rather than rendering simply being about changing how a property looks, the system used matters too. A silicone render system is designed to provide a durable, weather-resistant exterior finish while creating that clean, modern appearance our clients are looking for.

There’s still work to be done on this one, but the difference to the exterior is going to be huge.

This is what a full house renovation really looks like. 🏠🔨

We’re currently right in the middle of transforming this property, and at this stage it’s less about the finishes and more about getting everything behind them right.

Walls have been opened up, structural steelwork installed, old finishes stripped back, electrics are being renewed and spaces are being completely reworked ready for the next stages of the build.

It might not be the glamorous part of a renovation, but this is where a huge amount of the work happens — and where good planning and experienced trades really matter.

The transformation starts here. 👷

We've kicked off a full downstairs renovation, opening up the existing layout by knocking through internal walls and installing structural steel where needed.

It's always a messy stage, but it's one of the most important parts of the job. Once the structural work is complete, the space really starts to take shape.

Keep an eye on this one over the next few weeks – there's a big transformation coming.
