Leach Rhodes Walker is a 90 person strong architectural design studio with its main offices in Manchester and London. The practice has been operating for over 60 years and is active in all commercial sectors throughout the UK and Europe. Currently we are particularly active in the residential and hotel sectors at present, but with a significant workload in leisure, retail, PBSA, office and MSCP’s.

We are skilled in mixing creativity with a commercial realism, working mainly for established clients in both the private and public sectors. Our aim is to provide environmentally considerate, high quality buildings and places, which meet client and stakeholder requirements and positively add to the built environment. We have a strong reputation for balancing commercial requirements with innovative design solutions through a team of creative imaginative designers and experienced technical staff. The practice is energetic and enthusiastic and no matter what the project, size or location we can assemble a team with the right skills that will be dedicated to the effective delivery of your aspirations.

Great News! 👉 We're delighted to announce that Leach Rhodes Walker have been instructed as the Architects for Residential! This is a fantastic project in - a high quality, 24-storey mixed use gateway building incorporating 224 apartments, 87 aparthotel studios, amenity space, commercial space and café, infrastructure, landscaping & more!

We're very excited to share that we've been working hard on the new in-stadium hotel for Heart of Midlothian FC! Located in Edinburgh, is a unique high-end hotel which offers 25 bedrooms with 4 different types of room available, along with reception area, hospitality rooms and club lounge. To show our commitment to helping young homeless people in the UK, the two teams organised a joint walk in the Peak District last Sunday, covering 10 miles in total.
