Another re roof recently completed by the team🔥
Old rosemary’s stripped off and skipped along with the old f1 felt and Battons as they was perishing and rotten due the age of the roof
New breathable membrane and treated 2x1 treated Battons was installed ✅
New fascias & soffits also installed along with over fascia vents to allow ventilation throughout the loft space with a eave protective system to finish✅
New Marley grey tiles was laid with new bonding gutters and dry valleys installed to this property ✅
This roof was then finished dry ridged system to ensure the airflow and prevent condensation to this roof. Finished with a grey segmental ridge ✨
