A major planning milestone secured by WHL.

We’re pleased to have secured full planning permission for the redevelopment of a circa 90,000 sq ft industrial facility in the North West.

The scheme includes a significant vertical extension to the existing warehouse, additional office accommodation, internal reconfiguration and associated external works.

Importantly, the approval has been secured with minimal conditions and no onerous pre-commencement planning conditions, a great result following detailed design coordination and engagement throughout the planning process.

This is a significant step forward for the project and another strong result for our team across planning, building consultancy, structural engineering and project delivery.
