We have worked tirelessly over the last 5 years with a vision to improve the quality of new-build homes and this has led us to the door of Castle Green Homes.
I was delighted to meet with the operations Director who shared the same vision as us at Snagsure.
So, what is our aim?
We aim to change how contractors approach and complete work on new-build developments. This will be implemented by issuing a reports to each subcontractor, these will highlight issues that fall below standards, allowing enough time through the stages to rectify the works prior to completion.
What will be doing?
We will inspect every house that Castle Green Homes builds 3 times. These will be at Pre-paint, Pre-CML and at Handover stages.
Reassurance - The service will result in building back trust with customers that has been lost in recent years. The feedback has already been fantastic with customers saying 'What a move this is by Castle Green'.
Knowing that your home has been inspected by an independent company will provide the reassurance that customers need. The additional benefit of this is the developer pays for the service leaving you with extra finances to get items for your lovely new home.
Snagsure's customers have been saying for the last few years "Why on earth do they not get you in before we complete?".
Well, we can now say that at Castle Green Homes.... They do!
