🏠 Freelance Architectural Design & Drawing Services – UK Wide

I’ve recently started up my own architectural design business and I’m currently looking to take on some new work!

I’m a Graduate Architectural Designer, offering a range of services to homeowners, developers and businesses across the UK, including:

📐 Measured building surveys – Manchester & across the North West
🏡 House extensions & loft conversions
🚗 Garage conversions
📋 Planning & existing/proposed drawings
🖥️ 3D modelling & visualisations
✨ Renders & presentation drawings
🔨 Internal layout changes & alterations
…and more!

For projects further afield, I can provide remote architectural drawing, modelling and visualisation services across the UK.

As I’m a freelance Graduate Architectural Designer rather than an established architectural practice, I can offer competitive rates while still providing a professional service.

I’m fully insured and happy to discuss projects of all sizes – whether you need a full set of drawings for an extension or simply want to explore changing the layout of your home.

If you, a friend, family member or anyone you know is considering building work, an extension, conversion or needs drawings, please feel free to drop me a message.

📩 DM me for a chat and a free initial discussion/quote.

Shares and recommendations are massively appreciated! 🙌

As Pride Month comes to a close, we move into July - Disability Pride Month.

OCTOFORM had the opportunity to support the Disability Pride Catwalk Show, led by Recondition, an adaptive clothing brand redefining what inclusive fashion looks like in practice, not just in conversation.

As part of the project, OCTOFORM designed an accessible bar concept featuring different counter heights, ensuring it could be used comfortably by a wider range of people. It was a small but important detail that reflects a much larger conversation around how spaces can be made genuinely inclusive when accessibility is considered from the outset.

This experience has been a powerful reminder that accessibility and disability inclusion are still not consistently embedded into how spaces, services, and environments are designed. Too often, accessibility is treated as an afterthought rather than a fundamental requirement.

Whether in hospitality, public venues, workplaces, or the fashion industry, inclusive design should be considered from the beginning of the process-not added on later.
Adaptive fashion and inclusive spatial design both demonstrate how creativity and functionality can work together to support independence, dignity, and expression for everyone.

From a creative perspective, it has been incredibly rewarding to contribute to a project that sits at the intersection of design, accessibility, and lived experience. Working alongside Recondition and such a passionate team has been a privilege.

As we enter Disability Pride Month, the hope is that conversations around accessibility continue to grow and translate into meaningful, lasting change across industries.
If organisations or brands are looking to communicate their message through thoughtful, inclusive design, OCTOFORM welcomes collaboration.
