We’ve made this video because, unfortunately, there are people operating in the locksmith industry who are taking advantage of customers when they’re at their most vulnerable.
❌ Advertising unrealistically cheap call-out prices
❌ Quoting one price on the phone, then demanding considerably more on site
❌ Drilling locks that could potentially have been opened without damage
❌ Fitting cheap, poor-quality locks at inflated prices
❌ Using scare tactics and pressure to get customers to pay
In this video, we wanted to show you what to look out for, the questions you should ask, and how a professional locksmith should operate.
